  • What age do you start lesson from?
    Most children can start from the age of 3. However, I would recommend booking a trial lesson to see how goes in the lesson.
  • Do I need to have a piano at home?
    Yes, keyboard is also acceptable for the first couple of years of lessons. A digital piano is also a good alternative to acoustic pianos.
  • How long are the lessons?
    We offer 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes lesson, tailored to the pupils age and piano goals.
  • Is there homework and do young children need to practice?
    Yes and yes! But don't worry all homeworks are age appropriate and we try to make it fun. Parents should set aside 5-10 minutes to practice with their child. Consistency is the key to good musical development. 1-2 long practice sessions during the week or before the lesson should not substitute a systematic, daily practice routine.
  • What method do you use to teach?
    We use a combantion of different method books to suit the pupils. Here are some of the books we use My first piano adventures Piano Adventures Piano Safari
  • Do you prepare students for exams?
    Yes, we can help you prepare for exams with the ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music).
  • How much is the lesson?
    *Price shown are for a block booking (4 lessons)
  • Do I have to pay in blocks?
    Yes, all fees are paid in block of 4 lessons.
  • Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
    Yes, for whatever reason if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson please do so at least 24 hours before your lesson time.
  • How do I cancel a lesson?
    Cancelling a lesson is easy, please login to the parent portal to cancel any lesson that you can't attend.
  • What happen if I didn't cancel a lesson in time?
    For no shows or late cancellations that lesson will be charged for.
